Alicia Smith, 26, of 59 Montague Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of jewellery to a value of approximately £4,320. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £2,500.

Jonathan Neville Otter, 19, of 37 Lady Meers Road, Cherry Willingham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being the driver of a vehicle when an accident occurred whereby personal injury was caused to another person, failing to stop and driving without due care and attention. He was fined £592, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

David Leigh Drury, 22, of 18 Hermit Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being drunk of disorderly behaviour. He was fined £190, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £40.

John Robert Thompson, 33, of 4 St Rumbold Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to contacting someone via Facebook you were prohibited from doing by a restraining order. He was committee to prison for 12 weeks.

Jaroslav Alickun, 37, of St Mary's Church, St Mary's Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of one can of Stella Artois to the value of £4.37 and one can of Special Brew to the value of £1.80 belonging to Tesco Express. He was fined £130 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20. He was detained in the courthouse.

Brian Dennis Groves, 48, T/A BD Groves Transport, The Bayes, Parsonage Lane, Sutton St James, Spalding, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to lending to another an operator's licence with the intention to deceive. He was fined £350, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £848.

Jonathan Patrick Hoey, 42, T/A Statics 4 Sale, Ambridge, Sutton Road, Sutton St James, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to lending to another an operator's licence with the intention to deceive. He was fined £350, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £760.

Martin Robert Kidd, 30, of 51 St Denys Avenue, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to fishing or taking fish in inland water otherwise than in accordance with a licence by means of a rod and line. He was fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £35.

Marc Antony McDonald, 51, of 8 Aveland Close, Aslackby, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to causing unnecessary suffering to a Jack Russell type dog by hitting it. He was given a conditional discharge for 18 months.
