Lee Martin Stobart, 21, of 56 Main Street, Ewerby, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Martin Strnadel, 33, of 47 Jarvis House, Ashby Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of food and wine to the value of £31.30 belonging to Asda. He was fined £135 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Matthew John Storr, 31, of 12 Truro Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with five days specified activity added.

Carl Andrew Burley, 31, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of three gammon joints to the value of £15 belonging to the Co-op. He was given a conditional discharge for six months, ordered to pay compensation of £5 and costs of £20.

Shaun Philip Carey, 31, of 64 Addison Drive, St Giles, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with the unpaid work requirements amended to carry out unpaid work for 40 hours within the next 12 months.

Layton Hudson, 18, of 39 The Oval, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a bottle of Calvin Klein fragrance to the value of £44 belonging to Boots and failing to comply with the requirements of a supervision order. He was committed to a young offenders institute for 12 weeks.

Ignas Vaitiekunas, 20, of 73C Bourne Road, Spalding, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 67 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for four years.

Paulo Fernandes Araujo Da Cunha, 39, of 3 George Street, Boston, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of three bottles of perfume to the value of £147 belonging to Oldrids. He was given a conditional discharge for six months, ordered to pay compensation of £147 and a victim surcharge of £15.

Artis Dreimanis, 52, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using a HGV lorry on a public road with two tyres on the trailer that did not meet the minimum tread requirements, a windscreen that was not maintained correctly and therefore the drivers vision was obscured and three counts of failing to observe the minimum 45 minute break requirement. He was fined £480 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32. His licence was endorsed with six points. He was detained in the courthouse.

Michael Chester, 61, of 24 Redbourne Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £100.

Damien Martin Chapman, 26, of 22 Fosse Bank, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with an amendment to carry out unpaid work for 10 hours within the next 12 months.

Liam Brown, 29, of 8 Howard Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to stop for a uniformed school crossing patrol when required to do so. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Selina Dowdall, 20, of 279 Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to willfully obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty. She was given a conditional discharge for six months.

Kyle Garry Husak, 24, of 40a Queen Street, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of 0.48 grams of diamorphine a controlled Class A drug. He was given a conditional discharge for six months. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Samuel Oscar Nutting, 26, of Holton Hall, Holton-cum-Beckering, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of 0.14 grams of diamorphine a controlled Class A drug and 0.14 grams of crack cocaine, a controlled Class A drug. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Colin Dean Webster, 34, of 279 Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £40.

Mark Christopher Andrew, 30, of Dell Cottage, Buslingthorpe, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £90, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for seven days.

Stephen John Baggott, 49, of 39 Ermine Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging a cell wall to a value unknown belonging to Lincolnshire Police, commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £20.
