Carl Victor Appleby, of 83 Addison Drive, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to deliver the part of the registration document notifying the transfer of a vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £90.

Garry Ashton, of 132 St Catherines Grove, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road. He was fined £200, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £55 and costs of £90.

Nathan Paul Atkin, 22, of 39 Laceby Street, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to deliver the part of the registration document notifying the transfer of a vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £90.

James William Bocock, 25, of 14 Snowberry Gardens, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with 15 hours unpaid work added.

James Breakspeare, 32, of Brown Cow Farm, Rand, Market Rasen, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to deliver the part of the registration document notifying the transfer of a vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £90.

Michelle Brockman, 34, of 16 Ingleby Crescent, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for purchasing a licence for a motor vehicle with a cheque which was subsequently dishonoured and failing to return the licence when required to do so. She was fined £400, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £110 and costs of £90.

David Brownlow, of 27 Russell Street, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identity of the person who kept an unlicensed vehicle on a public road. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £90.

Lee Raymond Callahan, 32, of 18 Birthorpe Road, Billingborough, Sleaford, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to deliver the part of the registration document notifying the transfer of a vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £90.

Danielle Gillam, 29, of North Green House, North Green, East Drayton, Retford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road. She was fined £245, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £87.50 and costs of £90.
