Kieran Francis Nicholson, 39, of 7 Boundary Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to breach of the peace. He was bound over in the sum of £300 for six months to keep the peace.

Emma Bailey, 33, of 12 West Road, Billingborough, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. She was fined £45 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. Her licence was endorsed with three points.

David Alan Brown, 50, of 80 Station Road, Ruskington, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 50mph. He was fined £45 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Libor Chovanec, 52, of 77 High Street, Gosberton, Spalding, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. Peter Sean Wishart, 41, of 108 Sincil Bank, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of cheese to the value of £174.24 belonging to Tesco. He was given an electronically monitored curfew for two months, a community order to carry out unpaid work for 160 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £50.

Polly Alice Barker, 41, of 20 Churchfield, Ingham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of clothing to the value of £49 belonging to Primark. She was detained in the courthouse.

David James Catnach, 19, of 14 Grimsby Road, Caistor, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was given a curfew requirement for six weeks and committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months.
