John Anthony Defriend, 45, of 5 Reynolds House, Turner Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of clothing to the value of £77.97 belonging to TK Maxx. He was fined £73 and ordered to pay costs of £20. He was detained in the courthouse.

Anne Marie Baillie, 37, of 83 Thesiger Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a quantity of meat and other groceries to the value of £20.38 belonging to Co-op. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £20.38.

Alison Jean Cope, 48, of 44 Campbell Street, Gainsborough, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being the driver of a vehicle when an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failing to stop, failing to give your name and address, failing to report the accident and driving without due care and attention. She was fined £280, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £205. She was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Alan Pickering, 62, of 407 High Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without due care and attention. He was fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £50. His licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Vinney Clive King, 25, of 31 Antrim Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent. He was fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £150.

James Gray, Flat 4, 10 St Catherines, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with 10 hours unpaid work added.

Thomas Jefferson Smith, 19, of Garridon, Tinkers Lane, Waddington, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with two months drug rehabilitation requirement added.

Marco Avrelio Almgida, 34, of 14 Wyberton Low Road, Boston, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £450, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Callum Barnes, 18, of 35 Grange Road, Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without due care and attention and outside the authorisation class of a licence. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.

Edward James Bayliss, 61, of Caravan 16, Chapel Lane, North Hykeham, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £450, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Airidas Bladaitis, 36, of 98 Monks Road, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £450, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Robbie Borst, 30, of 103 Portland Street, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £450, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Joseph Adam Davidson, 27, of 119 Newland Street West, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £450, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Kaspars Garkalns, 29, of 31 Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.
