Richard Anthony Hall, 37, of 19 Gibson House, Roughton Court, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of alcohol to the value of £104.88 belonging to Asda. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Garon Wesley Harrison, 31, of 7 Robertson Drive, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with five points.

Saulius Kazulis, 41, of 43B Portland Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being drunk of disorderly behaviour in a public place. He was fined £65, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £50.
