Romuald Kiskauskas, 28, of 29 Brothertoft Road, Boston, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £450, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Zdzislaw Kot, 54, of Flat 10, 10 St Andrews Drive, Skegness, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £450, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Desmond Francis Murphy, 60, of 11 Sastangate House, Rasen Lane, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £45, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £10. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Wayne Spaven, 37, of 4 Tower Crescent, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without insurance. He was fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Agnieszka Sudzinska, 35, of 13 Jasmine Court, Spalding, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. She was fined £450, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. Her licence was endorsed with six points.

Paul David Distance, 53, c/o 60 Bailgate, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 98 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 24 months.

Ricky Rocky Holland, 25, of 5 Lincoln Road, Brant Broughton, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being in charge of a dog which was dangerously out of control in a public place and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £50.

Kaljit Mattu, 30, of Mount Ash, Pasture Lane, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty to possession of a quantity of cannabis a controlled Class B drug and driving without insurance. He was given a conditional discharge for six months, fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Kevin Sydney Emmanuel Brown, 36, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with an extension of six months.

Nadine Foster, 43, of 27 College Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being the person in charge of a dog which defecated on designated land and you failed to remove the faeces and giving false information to the City of Lincoln Council. She was fined £140, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £100.

Steven John Hewerdine, of 3 Mildenhall Drive, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to comply with the requirement of a notice requiring the removal of domestic refuse and general rubbish from your front and rear garden. He was fined £200, ordered to pay compensation of £314.60, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £100.

Ashley Junior Adair, 24, of Broomfield, Whisby Road, Whisby Moor, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without reasonable consideration for other persons using the road. He was fined £105, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £100. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Chris John Wise, 32, of 17 The Chalfonts, Branston, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was committed to prison for 90 days suspended for 12 months, ordered to carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months, given a restraining order, ordered to pay compensation of £150 and costs of £150.
