Benjamin Matthew Brown, 22, of Room 3, Homer House, Monson Street, Lincoln, was found guilty of stealing two croissants to the value of £1.50 belonging to Tesco Express and assault. He was given a conditional discharge for 18 months, ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £150.

Daniel John Conway, 30, of 21 Jubilee Close, North Hykeham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with five days specified activity added.
