Ashley James Gabriele, 25, of 106 Broughton Gardens, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while using a hand-held mobile telephone. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Claire Logan, 41, of 14 Larne Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis. She was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £50. She was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 17 months.
