Karl Michael Wadsworth, 29, of 45A Sincil Court, Sincil Bank, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a Fender USA Telecaster guitar to the value of £1,029 belonging to The Music Room. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £250.

Carol Mary Pogson, 61, of 1 Tibbs Inn Cottages, Louth Road, Hainton, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance and in excess of 30mph. She was fined £460, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £86. Her licence was endorsed with nine points.

Jennifer Reeves, 33, of 3 Manor Farm Cottage, Allington Road, Sedgebrook, Grantham, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. She was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. Her licence was endorsed with six points.

Darren Charles Armitage, 27, of 13A Coleridge Green, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing.

Deimantas Pitkunas, 25, of 50 Thesiger Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £250 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £25. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 20 months.

Gordan Heard, 83, of 1 Becke Close, Cherry Willingham, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for being the driver of a motor vehicle when an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failing to give your name and address, failing to report the accident and driving without due care and attention. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £175. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Lindsey Marie Birks, 36, of 25 Scott Gardens, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of toys to the value of £75.36 belonging to Argos, washing powder to the value of £45.90 belonging to Lincolnshire Co-operative and alcohol to the value of £142.60 belonging to Tesco. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

Martynas Kupstys, 24, of 35 Aegir Close, Gainsborough, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving with 103 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £550. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 23 months.

Aleksandrs Livickijs, 25, of 25D Portland Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of eight bottles of assorted fragrances to the value of £328 belonging to Debenhams. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £50.

Benjamin Thomas Garner, 28, of 415 Newark Road, North Hykeham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of two bottle of champagne to the value of £35.98 belonging to the Co-op, four cans of lager and two bottles of wine to the value of £13.50 belonging to Asda and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. The order is to continue.

Brian Thorp, 39, of 37 East Liberty, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of alcohol to the value of £104.88 belonging to Asda, theft of Persil washing liquid to the value of £48.94 belonging to Lincolnshire Co-op and failing to surrender to custody. He was given a community order with various requirements for 12 months.

David Gary Wilkinson, 23, of 19 Churchill Avenue, Market Rasen, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging a double-glazed window to the value of £67.02, assault, commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge and failing to surrender to custody. He was given a community order with various requirements for 24 months, a restraining order for 24 months, ordered to pay compensation of £117.02 and costs of £50. The order is to continue.

Jaroslaw Walczynski, 45, of Room 5, YMCA, St Rumbold Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with one days residence requirement and six months alcohol treatment requirement added.

Craig Costin, 24, of 55 Welton Gardens, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for assault. He was given a restraining order for 24 months, fined £100, ordered to pay compensation of £40, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £100.

Jamie Bradshaw, 23, of 1 Hykeham Road, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for assault. He was committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £300 and costs of £100.

Dean Anthony Gibson, 31, of 11 Far Wharf, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of clothing, a sat nav and sunglasses to the value of £550. He was given a community order with various requirements for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £200.
