Thomas Frank Ayre, 23, of 99 St Peters Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court assault occasioning actual bodily harm, assault, damaging a window to a value unknown and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a community order with various requirements for 12 months, ordered to pay costs of £85 and compensation of £86.

Neil Anthony Doughty, 57, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of fragrances to the value of £300.50 belonging to Debenhams. He was detained in the courthouse.

Danny Patrick Hedges, 21, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of five bottles of wine to the value of £26.96, a can of lager and a bottle of wine to the value of £8 belonging to Spar and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a community order with various requirements for 12 months.

Mark Stuart Simpson, 42, of 16 Learoyd House, Thurlby Crescent, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was ordered to pay costs of £150.

Remigusz Biernacki, 30, of 29 Manby Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 67 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 18 months.

Michael Francis Murphy, 22, of 2 Church Street, Scothern, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 20 months.

Simon Frank Chanter, 28, of 40 Geneva Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and without lawful authority went onto the playing area at Sincil Bank Stadium. He was fined £65, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. He was given a football banning order for three years.

Stephen Thomas Dove, 20, of 39 Lime Grove, Grantham, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to entering as a trespasser part of a building and stealing therein boxes of building supplies. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £56.50 and costs of £85.

Andrew Timothy Kay, 50, of Blenheim Care Centre, Learoyd Road, Caenby Corner Estate, Hemswell Cliff, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault by beating and the offence was racially aggravated. He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for six months, ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £85.

John Andrew Sutherland, 40, of 51 Westwick Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was given a conditional discharge for 24 months, ordered to pay compensation of £30, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

James William Whittaker, 57, of 20 Chapel Lane, Little Hale, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 135 migrogrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was given a community order with various requirements for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 36 months.

Maris Gudlivikis, 33, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to harassment. He was given a restraining order, fined £50 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20. He was detained in the courthouse.

Mantas Brazenas, 31, of 4 Spa Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was fined £985 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Daniel Lilley, 29, of 22 Thonock Drive, Saxilby, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £130, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Peter John Bowser, 67, of Stainton Manor, Langworth, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being a food business operator who failed to comply with Food Hygiene Regulations. He was fined £2,000, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £200.

Sharon Bamforth, 43, of 28 Main Avenue, Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for using a colour television without a licence. She was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60.

Alix Garner, 24, of 3 East Grove, Colsterworth, Grantham, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. She was fined £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. Her licence was endorsed with three points.
