Maria Louise Donaldson, 40, of 9 King Drive, Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being the driver of a motor vehicle when an accident occurred, failing to give your name and address, failing to report the accident and driving without due care and attention. She was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. Her licence was endorsed with five points.

Lee Craig Grange-Smith, 35, of 9 Riseholme Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a push bike to the value of £450 belonging to Halfords and entering as a trespasser a building and stealing a Claud Butler pedal cycle to the value of £600. He was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing.

Dean Alfonso Nelson, 28, of 64 Westwick Gardens, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of Special Brew to the value of £16.78 belonging to Lincolnshire Co-operative. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £16.78, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £70.

Jason Gary Parker, 25, of 4 Priory Way, Lea, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving a motor vehicle on a public road while unfit to drive through drugs. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Dennis Alfred Steinmetz, 26, of 5 Park Lane, Coningsby, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 76 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £25 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 20 months.

Sandra Elizabeth Bradley, 59, of 20 Burns Street, Gainsborough, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to notify West Lindsey District Council and the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances. She was fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £100.

Tammy Lane, 24, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with five days compliance specified activity added.

George Pattison Russell McNab, 66, of 56 Venables Way, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances. He was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £100.

Luke Adam Shephardson, 23, of 7 Westwold Road, Caistor, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a box of wine to the value of £17.99 belonging to the Co-op, commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge and theft of two tubs of face cream and a shower gel to the value of £48.99 belonging to Boots. He was given a conditional discharge for 18 months and ordered to pay compensation of £17.99.

Mantas Stupelis, 21, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being found in an enclosed garden with the intention of stealing items. He was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Barry Dawes, 29, of 9 Edinburgh House, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order was revoked. He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months.

Jordan Michael Ray, 18, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with 10 days compliance specified activity requirement added.

Sarah Jayne Rhodes, 46, of Poachers Cottage, Evedon, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order was revoked. She was given a community order with a supervision requirement for six months.

James Alan Holmes, 27, of 5 Staunton Court, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. He was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

John William Patterson, 46, of Hillcrest, Caistor Road, Middle Rasen, Market Rasen, was found guilty of driving with 93 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was fined £350, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £450. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.
