John Robert Proctor, 63, of Medway House, Birds Drove, Surfleet, Spalding, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 40mph. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Peter Lesley Revill, 27, of 6 Akrotiri Square, Nocton, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without insurance. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Ivan Sarycev, 22, of 30 Lovers Lane, Newark, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to comply with the indication given by a no entry sign and failing to produce for examination your licence and its counterpart. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Joel Paul Vincent, 38, of South Farm House, Stainton-le-Vale, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 70mph. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Michael Peter Walker, 62, of Tower Vans Caravan Park, The Bungalow, Seaholme Road, Mablethorpe, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph and not wearing an adult seatbelt. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Kyle Lee Scott Hester, 18, of 6 East Liberty, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and damaging a Mercedes Veto van to the value of £75. He was given a conditional discharge, fined £20, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and compensation of £75.

Tina Lillian Ann Kerr, 51, of 128 Cannon Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of two bottles of perfume to the value of £123.50 belonging to Boots. She was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20. She was detained in the courthouse.
