David J. Wilkinson, 31, of 2D Park Avenue, Louth, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without insurance and outside the authorisation class of a licence. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Kurtis Tyler Ashmore, 19, of 19 Carlton Road, Newark, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving while not wearing an adult seatbelt. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Gavin Pell, 37, of Flat 2, Chapel Yard, North Street, Stamford, pleaded guilty to theft of bacon to a value unknown belonging to Asda and a quantity of meat to a value unknown belonging to Co-op. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay compensation of £14.

He was committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months.

Beverley Percy, 38, of 98 Lady Meers Road, Cherry Willingham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 40mph. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43.

Gregory Charles Dawson, 44, of 166 Burton Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 117 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath and without insurance. He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 24 months.

John Wayne Denton, 25, of 202 Goldsmith Walk, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to committing fraud by using a company fuel card to fuel non company vehicles to a value of £4,888.85 and possession of one gram of cannabis a controlled Class B drug. He was committed to prison for four months suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £4,888.85. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Arturs Jasvins, 24, of 58 Hawthorn Chase, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 50 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath and without insurance. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Sean Simmonite, 21, of 17 Fulmen Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with 10 hours unpaid work added and extended by three months.

Ashleigh Carmelle Walsh, 25, of 31 Southgate, Sleaford, pleaded guilty to possession of 24.54 grammes of cannabis a controlled Class B drug with intent to supply. She was committed to prison for four months suspended for 12 months. The cannabis, drug paraphernalia and a mobile phone were forfeited and destroyed.

Jamie Young, 23, of 54 Aylesby Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with 10 hours unpaid work added and extended by six months.

James William Bocock, 25, of 14 Snowberry Gardens, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order was revoked and he was given a curfew requirement for two months.

Matthew Anthony Taylor, 22, of 32 Trent View, Ermine West, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to damaging an external door to a value unknown belonging to Lincoln City Council. He was ordered to pay compensation of £200.

Karl Wayne Wright, 32, of 15A Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of two joints of meat to the value of £52.05 belonging to Morrisons and commissioning a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. He was committed to prison for seven weeks.

Darius Suma, 25, of 55 Wyberton Low Road, Boston, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, willfully obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty, driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence and taking a motor vehicle without the consent of the owner. He was committed to prison for eight weeks and disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for three years.

David James Lewens, 23, of 83 Victoria Road, Mablethorpe, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence, without insurance and commissioning a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. He was committed to prison for seven months and disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 48 months.

Richard Paul Smith, 21, of 60 Station Road, Bardney, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with 30 hours unpaid work added.

Steven Frederick Bounds, 62, c/o Sills and Betteridge Solicitors, Boston, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of visiting someone you were prohibited from doing by a restraining order. He was committed to prison for 80 days.

Tomas Vainoras, 32, of 51 Stonegate, Spalding, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 64 microgramme of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence and without insurance. He was committed to prison for eight weeks and disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 36 months.

Andrew Leslie James El-Shazley, 20, of Lincolnshire YMCA Ltd, St Rumbold Street, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for being drunk of disorderly behaviour in a public place. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Mark Neil Andrew, 23, of 7 Dellfield Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to allowing a dog to enter a place which was not a public place and while it was there it caused injury to a person.
