Nicola Walker, 44, of 30 Oak Road, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using a colour television without a licence. She was fined £20, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £45.

Paul Anthony Stone, 24, of 9 Sturgate Walk, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order, assault and failing to surrender to custody. He was given an electronically monitored curfew for four weeks, fined £50 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20. The order is to continue.

Alistair Andrew Harris, 44, of 47 Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a bottle of Jack Daniels to the value of £18 belonging to Asda and an Archos 97 carbon tablet to the value of £179.99 belonging to Maplin. He was committed to prison for 56 days.

Mark Anthony Paterson, 34, of 2 Gresham Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of an Archos 97 carbon tablet to the value of £179.99 belonging to Maplin and having a blade or sharply pointed article, namely a wood chisel in a public place. He was committed to prison for 56 days.

Ashley Christian Surfleet, 20, of Clinton Ville, Kirkby-cum-Osgodby, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to taking a vehicle without the consent of the owner, causing damage to it before it was recovered, two counts of driving without insurance, theft of a bottle of wine to the value of £5, failing to stop a vehicle when required to do so by a constable in uniform and driving without due care and attention. He was committed to prison for 60 days, disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months and given a conditional discharge for six months. His licence was endorsed with six points.

David James Bell, 37, of 10 Stanley Street, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to three counts of assault. He was committed to prison for 112 days and given a restraining order.

Karl Chippington, 20, of 25 Elsham Walk, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent. He was given a restraining order, fined £200, ordered to pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £80.

Stephen Peter Dickson, 22, of 24 Arden Moor Way, North Hykeham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging a quantity of confectionery food items to a value unknown belonging to Supa Save. He was fined £100, ordered to pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Valdas Kakta, 26, of 22 Sherbrooke Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 125 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 180 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 24 months.

David Green, 48, of 27 Edward Road, Gainsborough, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for assault. He was given a community order for two years with various requirements and ordered to pay costs of £250.
