Joan Weedon, of 57 York Road, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to owning a motor vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements. She was fined £37, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £30.

Arturas Kiluanas, 21, of 11 Franklin Crescent, Sleaford, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to owning a motor vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements. They were fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £110.
