Scot Anthony Wright, 19, of Wordsworth House, 205 Yarborough Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to damaging furnishing to a value of £150 belonging to Lincolnshire Probation Trust. He was fined £75, ordered to pay compensation of £150 and costs of £20.

Sudesh Gupta, 58, of 34 Hebden Moor Way, North Hykeham, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court for allowing the sale of alcohol to a person who was drunk. She was fined £125, ordered to pay a victim of £15 and court costs of £300.

Andrew Watt, 63, of Parkway, London Road, Frampton, Boston, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to theft of two finger rings to the value of £4,000. He was given an

electronically monitored curfew for three months, committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for six months and ordered to pay court costs of £85.

Penny Tamara Natasha Redford, 30, of 12 Kilburn Crescent, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a suspended sentence, theft of meat and chocolate to the value of £17 and meat products to the value of £60 belonging to Lincolnshire Co-operative and meat to the value of £32.40 belonging to Spar. She was committed to prison for 10 weeks.

Lukasz Walesa, 30, of 6 Queens Avenue, Spalding, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to theft of food to the value of £3.48 belonging to Lidl. He was ordered to pay compensation of £3.48 and costs of £40. He was detained in the courthouse.

Andrew John Bonfet, 30, of 94 Grange Crescent, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to damaging a stereo to the value of £300. He was fined £155, ordered to pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £20 and costs

of £85.

Kelvin Robert Burrows, 23, of 12 Twenty Row, Green Man Road, Navenby, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving with 91 microgrammes of alcohol in your breath. He was fined £360, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £36 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 24 months.

Nathaniel Leonard Davies, 19, of 97 Vernon Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty. He was fined £75, ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £40.

Ryan Adam Edwards, 21, of 3 De Wint Place, De Wint Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to damaging a glass door to a value unknown. He was fined £75, ordered to pay compensation of £70, a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Aaron Michael Hinks, 18, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a youth rehabilitation order. The order is to continue with various changes.

Lee George W. Phillips, 46, of 50 Robey Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to failing to notify Lincoln City Council and the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances. He was given a community order to carry out 80 hours work within the next 12 months.

Kevin James Thompson, 39, of 185 Cannon Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to theft of meat joints to the value of £29.58 belonging to Tesco Express, 10 men’s shirts to the value of £200 belonging to BHS and beer to the value of £4.84 belonging to Oakwood Stores. He was given a community order for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £4.84.

Vytautas Kontenis, 22, of 101 Scorer Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to theft of five bottles of spirits to the value of £157 belonging to Asda and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was committed to prison for 12 days.

Romualdas Zalionis, 42, of 33C Portland Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to theft of two bottles of vodka to the value of £39.40 belonging to Tesco and theft of Ariel washing gel to a value unknown belonging to One Stop Shop. He was given a curfew requirement for two months and committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 12 months.

Beeline Executive Travel Ltd, c/o Bescoby and Co, 100 Newland, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to two counts of using an operators licence identity disc with the intention to deceive. They were fined £500 and ordered to pay court costs

of £1,755.

Dale James Finnigan, 21, of 13 Mill View Road, Ruskington, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to damaging a bathroom door and an oven door to a value unknown and two counts of failing to surrender to custody. He was given a community order and a restraining order for 12 months.

Leon Donelly David Smith, 18, of Room D1, Homer House, Monson Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to failing to comply with a referral order contract. The order was extended by three months.

Romualdas Zalionis, 42, of 33C Portland Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to theft of Gentlemen Jack whiskey to the value of £128.90 belonging to Morrisons and failing to surrender to custody. He was given a curfew requirement for two months and committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months.
