Laura Elizabeth Vickers-Barratt, 28, of 13 Curzon Street, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to taking a motor vehicle without the owners consent, driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence and without insurance. She was given a community order for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85. She was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Callum James Barnes, 18, of 36 Grange Road, Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without due care and attention, outside the authorisation class of a licence, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was fined £170 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, compensation of £125 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with four points. He was committed to prison for nine weeks suspended for 12 months.

Adam Peter Smith, 21, of 7 Woodland View, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was given a community order for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £15 and costs of £70.

Lewis Hutchinson, 21, of 131 Ropery Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a suspended sentence. He was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months.

Lee John Pitchford, 22, of 225 Ropery Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue.

Anthony Robert Garner, 31, of 24 Learoyd House, Thurlby Crescent, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to begging or gathering alms in a public place. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Joanne Gilliot, 39, of 30 Cow Lane, Tealby, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 51 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. She was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Lindsey Marie Birks, 36, of 25 Scott Gardens, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of goods to the value of £432.95 belonging to Tesco and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. She was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 40 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60.

Bartocz Brzuchacz, 18, of 5 Appleby Way, Birchwood, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging two kitchen chairs to the value of £40, damaging a Vauxhall Corsa to a value unknown and failing to surrender at Lincoln Magistrates' Court. He was given a community order for six months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60.

Lee Phillip Taylor, 30, of 9 Springfield Close, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to notify West Lindsey District Council of a change of circumstances. He was given a conditional discharge for two years.

Alassana Bazi, 30, of Flat 2, 77 South Park, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving outside the authorisation class of a licence. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Jeffrey Nigel Boryszczuk, 42, of 2 Snelland Road, Wickenby, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without insurance. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.

Peter Charles Brown, 53, of Liathach, Church Street, Middle Rasen, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 70mph. He was fined £225, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 40 days.

Lance Joseph Bury, 49, of 18 Wellington Street, Gainsborough, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without insurance. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Rosabelle Edmonds, 59, of 8 Wheeldon Street, Gainsborough, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without insurance and no MoT certificate. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.
