Dean Anthony Gibson, 31, of 26 Thomas Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of theft of a handbag and contents to a value unknown. He was committed to prison for 20 weeks.

Cornelius Kelleher, 51, of 83 Holly Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

James Luke Crow, 21, of 6 The Alders, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 89 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Andreas Ioannou, 23, of 10 High Street, Navenby, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

John Joseph O'Neill, 43, of 14 King Street, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence. He was fined £110 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for eight months.

Phillip Brian Peter Opsblum, 47, of 35 Jubilee Close, North Hykeham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrtes' Court to driving with 79 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £110 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 20 months.

Robert Ian Smith, 26, of 7 Mead Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty and damaging a window to a value unknown belonging to Ruston Sports and Social Club. He was fined £1,200, ordered to pay compensation of £230, a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85.

Adam James Howson, 20, of 3 Andover Close, Birchwood, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with a requirement in a specified notice. He was fined £50.

Charles Alexander MacDonald, 44, of OACTU RTF, RAF Cranwell, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £45 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Adam James Howson, 20, of 3 Andover Close, Birchwood, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of two bottles of alcohol to a value of £31.98 belonging to Sainsbury's, possession of a quantity of cannabis a controlled Class B drug and dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, disposal or realisation of stolen goods. He was given an electronically monitored curfew for three months, ordered to pay compensation of £29.98, a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £40. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Kyle Husak, 25, of 9 Lapwing Close, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue.

Aaron Michael Smith, 21, of 17 Portland Terrace, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order was revoked. He was given a community order for six months and ordered to pay costs of £50.

Simon Paul Aldrich, 30, of 39 Epsom Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being drunk of disorderly behaviour in a public place. He was fined £95, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Peter Brooks, 48, of 5 Waverley Court, Queen Street, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of two televisions to a value unknown belonging to West Lindsey District Council. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Rebecca Horseman, 39, of 23 Stane Drive, Bracebridge Heath, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to notify the City of Lincoln Council of a change of circumstances. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £75.
