Paul Martin, 51, of Kiln Close, Main Road, Holland Fen, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to making a threat to kill. He was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing.

Stephen Brian Bullivant, 49, of 48 Hereward Road, Spalding, consented at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to be bound over in the sum of £100 for 12 months to keep the peace.

Matthew Hughie Denman, 26, of 7 Scampton Way, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to resisting a constable in the execution of his duty. He was fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £80.

Jordan Richard O'Brien, 20, of 7 Scampton Way, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging a Ford Focus to a value unknown belonging to Lincolnshire Police and assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £80.

Jay Darren Smith, 22, of 7 Hereward Road, Spalding, consented at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to be bound over in the sum of £50 to keep the peace.

Elliot Jay William Buckley, 23, of 4A Chapel Street, Market Rasen, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without insurance. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.
