Adam Alexander Faulkner, 20, of Roma, Station Road, Langworth, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving in excess of 60mph. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for seven days.

Anna Kryspin, 34, of 4 Monson Court, Monson Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving without insurance, outside the authorisation class of a licence and having front nearside tyre which did not meet the minimum tread requirement. She was fined £160, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £40. Her licence was endorsed with six points.

Ryan David Sanders, 20, of 3 Millers Close, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving without due care and attention and not wearing an adult seatbelt. He was fined £130, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with four points.

Samantha Dawn Shepherd, 44, of The Spinney, Martin, Horncastle, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving while not wearing an adult seatbelt and outside the authorisation class of a licence. She was fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £40.

Claire Ann Mullen, 37, of 15 East View, Walcott, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving without due care and attention. She was fined £130, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. Her licence was endorsed with six points.

Nigel Ian Alcock, 23, of 36 Macaulay Drive, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court for failing to comply with the indication given by a no entry sign. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with three points.
