Samuel David William Campbell, 31, of 78A Hykeham Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to failing to attend a nominated police station for periodic notification. He was fined £90, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £30.

Lynn Hardey, 62, of Chapel House, Side Bar Lane, Heckington Fen, Sleaford, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court for keeping a breeding establishment for dogs other than that under the authority of a licence. She was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £1,000.

Colin Blower, 47, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to trespassing upon the lines of the railway and possession of open or unopened containers of alcohol in a public place. He was detained in the courthouse.

Jennifer Saxby, 30, of Chapel House, Side Bar Lane, Heckington Fen, Sleaford, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court for keeping a breeding establishment for dogs other than that under the authority of a licence. She was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £600.

Dean Alan Killen, 33, of Flat 3, 14 Hamilton Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order was revoked and he was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

Daniel Ruben O’Rourke, 24, of Room 13, The Pathway Centre, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with 40 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months added.

Ashley John Thomson, 22, of 2 Lexington House, Newark Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with a curfew added for six weeks. He was ordered to pay costs of £75.

James Lee Burgess, 21, of 16 Tennyson Road, Ruskington, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order and theft of two cans of Monster energy drink to the value of £3.28 belonging to Co-op Stores.. The community order was revoked. He was given a conditional discharge for six months, ordered to pay costs of £65 and a victim surcharge of £15.

Andrew Charles McInnes, 41, of 28 Chatterton Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to placing yourself in a public place to beg or gather alms. He was detained in the courthouse.

Trevor John Robinson, 67, of 10 Martin Close, Skellingthorpe, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to possessing a pram which you were prohibited from doing by an anti-social behaviour order. The order is to continue with a curfew for three months. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85.

David John Hayfield, 34, of 30 Waterworks Street, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to theft of clothing to the value of £210 belonging to Peacocks, failing to surrender to custody and theft of cosmetics to the value of £180.40 belonging to Boots. He was committed to prison for 10 weeks.

Daniel Duncan Ryan Barnett, 35, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to theft of four cans of lager to the value of £8.39, a bottle of wine to the value of £3.74 belonging to Co-op, commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge and commissioning a further offence during the operation of a suspended sentence. He was given a community order for six months, ordered to pay compensation of £3.74 and costs of £60. The suspended sentence was extended to 18 months.

Drahomir Macak, 19, of 13 St Andrews Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. They were fined £35 and ordered to pay costs of £30.

Patrick Anthony McCauley, 23, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to two counts of failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order was revoked and he was detained in the courthouse.

Timothy Geoffrey Blythe, 38, of The Duke of Wellington, 44 Bailgate, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to theft of razor blades to the value of £97.65 belonging to Superdrug and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a curfew for four weeks and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60.

Stephen William Jones, 48, of Warrant Officers and Sgts Mess, RAF Waddington, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to assault by beating. He was given a community order for 18 months, a restraining order for 18 months, ordered to pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85.

Dale Christopher Addlesee, 19, c/o 69 Geneva Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to three counts of damaging wooden fence panels to a value unknown. He was given a conditional discharge for six months, ordered to pay compensation of £115 and a victim surcharge of £15.

Carl Greaves, 23, of 47 Highfield Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to possession of a quantity of cannabis a controlled Class B drug. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

John Joseph Rooney, 25, of Travellers Site Office, 13 Gypsy Site, Washingborough Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to assault by beating. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £35 and a victim surcharge of £15.
