Originally intended as a hunting lodge, the Finch Hatton Arms is a characterful and quiet country retreat steeped in history.
Warm and friendly, our public house offers a relaxed ambience in which to unwind at the weekend or after a long day at work, before moving on to one of our two restaurants, with seating for up to 100 people.
With an a la carte menu reminiscent of class pub food, punctuated by dishes you’d expect to find in fine dining establishments, the food on offer at the Finch Hatton Arms is second to none.
Using high-quality, locally-sourced produce, our chefs have developed a reputation for delivering delicious food.
From pan seared scallops and corn fed chicken terrine, to pork loin chops and roasted corn loin, as well as vegetarian options, our lunch and evening menus boast dishes everyone will enjoy.
Fancy something a little lighter? Why not join us for one of our delicious afternoon teas? They are the real deal and feature a selection of homemade cakes, scones with clotted cream and jam, an assortment of freshly prepared sandwiches and a range of hot drinks. You can even indulge in a glass of Prosecco if it takes your fancy!
Recently extended, our stunning public house and buildings are able to cater for large wedding parties and functions.
Whatever your wedding day budget, we have a package to suit your need; helping to create the wedding day you’ve always desired.

The standard of the food presented at the Finch has been improving constantly since being run by John. The rib eye steaks are succulent, the Sunday lunches are lovely. For us, being able to eat later on a Sunday is a ral bonus.
