Cannabis plants with a street value of around £1.2m have been recovered from a Grantham commercial unit.
Police raided the premises - believed to be in Spring Gardens, off London Road - at around midday.
A Lincolnshire Police spokesman said: "The commercial unit contained around 2,000 cannabis plants with an estimated street value of around £1.2m.
"These plants will now be destroyed.
"A 35-year man and a 32-year-old man were arrested.
"They are currently helping police with their enquiries."
