Three men have appeared in court today charged with raping a woman in Lincoln.
Tomas Kojelis, 29, of Chatham Court, Newark, Kestutis Prakapas, 28 and Mindaugas Prakapas, 23, both of Farmers Walk, Newark, spoke only to confirm their names, ages and addresses through a Lithuanian interpreter at Lincoln Magistrates' Court.
All three are also charged with assault of a female aged 13 and over by penetration and sexual assault on a female.
No pleas were entered and all three men will appear at Lincoln Crown Court on February 28 for a preliminary hearing.
They were granted bail with the conditions that they don't enter Lincolnshire other than for pre-arranged solicitor appointments and to answer bail, not to contact the alleged victim by any means or to apply for any travel documents that would allow them to leave the UK.
