Richard Michael Bugg, 38, of 58 Belmont Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being drunk of disorderly behaviour in a public place. He was given a conditional discharge for six months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £40.

Kevin Terrence Lane, 48, of 58 Westwick Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of sending text messages to someone you were prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Steven Lee Bradshaw, 35, of 21 Walnut Place, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault by beating and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was fined £100, ordered to pay compensation of £20, a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Mark Patrick Bryans, 47, of 9 Riverton Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 63 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £100. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 16 months.

Richard Robinson, 22, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order was revoked and he was committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months.

Jamie Robert Williams, 26, of 15 Horton Street, Lincoln, was convicted at Lincoln Crown Court for driving outside the authorisation class of a licence and driving without due care and attention. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.

Sean Christopher Kay, 52, of 67 Breedon Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was given a community order for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £25, a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £100.

James Brian D'Phillips, 45, of 85 Drake Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a bottle of wine to the value of £6.49 belonging to Marks and Spencer, a bottle of wine to the value of £5.99 belonging to Lincoln Co-operative Society, commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge, two counts of theft of a bottle of Australian red wine to the total value of £15.98 belonging to Co-op, theft of a bottle of red wine to the value of £7.99 belonging to Tesco and a bottle of wine to a value unknown belonging to Spar. He was committed to prison for 28 days.

Matthew Andrew Moore, 26, of 1 Kennedy Avenue, Alford, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for three counts of assault and he pleaded guilty to assault. He was given a community order for 12 months, a restraining order for three years, ordered to pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £200.

Egidijus Solovovas, 24, of 43 Sincil Bank, Lincoln, was convicted at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for stealing a handbag and its contents to a value unknown. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £120.

Sylwia Zajac, 34, of 2 Lewis Street, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to notify the City of Lincoln Council of a change of circumstances. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £250.

Richard Knight, 28, of 82 Rivehall Avenue, Welton, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. He was ordered to pay costs of £45.

Adam Peter Smith, 22, of 11 Grayling View, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with various changes and he was ordered to pay costs of £30.

Evelina Krivasonoka, 22, of Flat 2, 39 Middlecott Close, Boston, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging a Ford Transit van to a value unknown belonging to Lincolnshire Police and three counts of assaulting police officers in the execution of their duties. She was committed to prison for 14 weeks and ordered to pay compensation of £300.

Lee David Ranshaw, 32, of 67 Swineshead Road, Wyberton Fen, Boston, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 49mgs in your breath exceeding the prescribed limit. He was fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.
