Lee Jeffrey Blendell, 34, of 94 Addison Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of an Argos Direct package containing an Xbox game to a value unknown belonging to Yodel. He was fined £75 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Olivier Willy Favry, 45, of Moonbeam Barn, High Street, Waddington, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 95 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for three years.

Gary Hall, 36, of 10 The Pathways Centre, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to stealing loose change to a value unknown from a white Renault Kangoo. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £3 and costs of £15.

Keith Michael Heaton, 74, of 17 Bankside, Lea Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 83 microgramme of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 22 months.

Fabian Latkowski, 29, of 7 Meldrum Drive, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 97 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was fined £280, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £28 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Antony William Thompson, 21, of 22 Eastholm, Hawthorn Chase, North Greetwell, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and possession of 0.45g of cocaine a controlled Class A drug. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 240 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Ashley John Thomson, 22, of 1 Queen Elizabeth Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging a door panel to a value unknown belonging to Lincoln City Council. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £20 and a victim surcharge of £15.

Peter Bernard Martin, 36, of 12 Nightingale Crescent, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to notify the City of Lincoln Council of a change of circumstances and two counts of failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances. He was committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85.

Adrian Donald Howard, 33, of 2 Elmore Close, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault by beating. He was given a community order for 24 months, a restraining order for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60.

Shane Ceiran Dineen, 28, of 18 Hermit Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay costs of £75.

Barry James Wright, 44, of 15A Monks Road, Nomad Trust, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of meat items to the value of £5.08 belonging to Lincoln Co-operative Society. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Wayne Andrew Edwards, 50, of 133 West Parade, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault by beating. He was given a community order for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £40.

Luke Aaron Mitchell, 25, of 9 Louisberg Road, Hemswell Cliff, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to willfully obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty, driving outside the authorisation class of a licence, without insurance and failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £25 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months. He was detained in the courthouse.

Kyle John Noble, 19, of 53 Shannon Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to destroying a window, kettle, iron and plug socket to a value unknown and destroying a fence panel to the value of £78.13 belonging to Lincoln City Council. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Louise Alexandra Pridham, 23, of 12 Longhurst, Epsom Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault by beating. She was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 150 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £500.
